Great resort. Very friendly staff.
Love this place!! So friendly and relaxing. Big resort so always somewhere to relax! Entertainment on every night always something different.. from singers to magicians. If that's not your thing they have a more chilled out bar on the terrace with a singer on. There is 4 pools so always plenty of room to sit in the day, and just out the back gates and over the road is a small beach. Buffet is a big selection with themed nights. There is a restaurant which you can book into for one meal included in your all inclusive package, lush food was lovely!.
I loved my stay here and will 100% be returning.
Quiet and luxurous hotel with plenty of swimming pools (including 2 all-season warmed ones). All-inclusive is quite satisfying, all things considered. There is a huge nature reserve nearby with access to hotel guests only. Additional plus for spotters - planes are descending right in front of hotel (airport is within 15 minutes ride from the hotel).
We had to stay one night on behalf of TUI as our original flight couldn't land in Boa Vista, the hotel we were put in was very nice, great modern rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, food was tasty and well presented. The layout of the buildings / resort is a bit confusing but we managed to find our way. We'll actually give it a proper go next summer
