First of all we must greet the owner who welcomed us as relatives and not as travelers. Apart from that he was also very polite towards us right away. He is a very kind person and I can also say that he is a true sincere friend even though we saw each other a few hours. But we talked in the square where he offered us coffee. Small apartment on the second floor of a small house surrounded by greenery, very quiet and cool, given the temperature that was in San Gimignano.
The spotless house, the newly redone bathroom was beautiful and very comfortable. We only used the house for one night, but I really recommend it, and then the owners are really kind and helpful.
Terrible experience, we feel treated automatically without thinking that we are people, they made us wait two hours after a long trip, and not even a bottle of mineral water to drink after having made us wait. We also lost an excursion that we had paid for, so we had a lost day. A lot of medal, a lot of qualification for an orderly room, nothing more than that.
