1 The Wing SF

I joined the wing about 2 months ago and It's been an awesome decision. The location is in the heart of downtown, the building is beautiful and the decor is amazing. They have recently opened another floor which was definitely needed - but I've never struggled with seating or finding a place to take a call. The beauty room, showers etc are so perfectly detailed with everything you could need to get ready for the day (even robes to put on as you get ready!) - the food is a little over priced, but the drip coffee is free all day. My only request would be for a small kitchen area or at least a microwave if you plan to bring lunch.. otherwise your lunch has to be cold or you need to eat out.
It's less pricey than most other co-working places I found, with so many more benefits - it's a great spot for getting work done downtown and to expand your social calendar.

Cool experience. Large variety of seating. Took me some time to find my favorite spot. The area where you can plug into their large monitors is amazing if you're a coder. You can order food and drinks right from their app and they will serve it to you at your seat. No need to interact with a human! Only critique is that the mens restroom can use a bit of a renovation and perhaps an additional toilet. Work makes people drink coffee and coffee makes people use the restroom.

The team here is truly outstanding. Moving to Industrious completely changed the energy/morale of our company. It was one of the best decisions we made in the last few years. The community they have curated is terrific. The support they provide is unparalleled and regularly exceeds expectations. Every day I show up to work I am happy to arrive. Caroline and Jonathan are wonderful individuals and a strong team of professionals. I cannot imagine working in any other environment.

The best co-working space I’ve ever worked in. The community here is really kind, the space is beautiful, and the location is perfect. Really great amenities and perks and very chill. Especially well-priced compared to the competitors. Amazing community managers as well :)

The 44 Montgomery WeWork truly feels like a second home! The Community Team (Alexa, Chanel, and Jordan to name a few) are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and caring and they are an integral part of the overall community that is created. The team goes out of their way to ensure that everyone has what they need (caring for your dog included) and in their spare time they think of creative and engaging events to bring to life for all of us to enjoy. Can't imagine working anywhere else!

This WeWork is located in the center of the city, with a great view. The WeWork staff are always friendly and so helpful! The space is clean and there is enough space to reserve a conference room or hop in a phone booth if additional privacy is needed.

You can get access to the space for coworking via Deskpass.
Just make sure that you select the correct Servcorp as there are a few different ones on California street.
This is a decent place if you need wi-fi/quiet instead of a coffee shop but it's not a modern or communal co-working space.

Great common area/lounges. Lots of fun community events (multiple times weekly) like happy hours, lunch and learns, etc. I believe there is a donut eating competition this week. No shortage of activities!
The entire WeWork team is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Also very friendly! Can't go wrong with this WeWork location.
12 SOMAcentral

I've been a SOMACENTRAL customer for over 5 years. Here at JobScore we operate a small, profitable software company with core of people in San Francisco and a decent sized remote workforce. Most of us are more experienced folks with years of industry experience. Candidly, we want to go to work at a place that is about getting work done. There are no flipping scooters. There's no craft cold brew. There's no hipster wardrobe. The people are friendly and the vibe is mostly about GSD. Ef wework. Wewin. If you are a grown up looking for a well-priced by-the-desk spot for your smaller company - this is the spot. It's class A office space, there's views and none of the BS you get with with other "perk oriented" co-working facilities and networks. You are just as likely to hear / interact with people actually selling / supporting customers / doing business here rather than living in a 100% cone of silence. Somacentral is the spot for business people who want a sweet place to work and get their team together in San Francisco, and has been so over a decade. The alumni of this place are also a who's who of friggin unicorn companies including twilio, instagram and many more. If that's the kind of culture you'd like to create, guess where you should be?

I have had the pleasure of working with Gabi Uribe and Gloria (the front desk receptionists) for almost a year now. They have greeted my candidates with professionalism. kindness, and timely attention consistently. In addition, they have been extremely helpful to me personally in providing a high level of service and help. I rate them at the top tier of service.

Ecosystm has a great vibe- both serene and energetic at the same time. The clean space and friendly staff have allowed me to focus on what needs to get done while feeling really comfortable in a co-working space. Love it here!

This is an excellent coworking space for engineers. Below are things I like about it:
- No music in the common area. This place is all about heads down focus work. I had to leave wework because they play music in every single common area I've been to (and I visited multiple offices in NYC and sf).
- Keurig coffee machine that has both decaf and caffeinated pods. I like this much more than wework, which provides "fresh brewed" coffee but only has it 9-5pm and only caffeinated, which is a huge problem if you work late and need a coffee to stay up.
- 24/7 access via app controlled lock. Wework gives you this but only if you get a dedicated desk. This is provided to all members, including ones who go for the cheaper hot desk option.
- Snacks provided completely for free (see pics) plus cereal and milk.
- Vending machines with wider selection. The killer for me is caffeine free Diet Coke, which it has. Also has ramen.
- Great common rooms that are generally free where you can have larger meetings.
- Access to a gym and roof terrace. Awesome for bringing friends over or having parties. This access is 24/7-- you just borrow the key fob, which is hung on the bulletin board in the office.
- They have events like bagel Friday's. Love these things.
- The place is windowless, but the design makes it seem like there are tinted windows (see pics). This is a polarizing feature, but I personally love the lack of real windows because I work late and get depressed when the sun starts to rise and I have to go home. Like I said-- this place is all about focus.
- All the chairs are soft and you can sit in them all day. Not like wework, which has hard chairs in the common areas and meeting rooms that hurt your butt after a while (possibly by design).
- They gave me a week to week membership for the common area for $90/week, which is a great deal in my opinion.
The story behind this place is it's in the basement of a hotel, and they used to use the space for storage. After doing this for a while, someone figured out they could redesign it as an office space and make more money. So they did, and that's what it is now.
I think if you're an engineer you'll love this place-- but as a creative type I think you'll hate it. Wework is probably a better option for creative types in my opinion.

I enjoying coming into work everyday. This location encompasses many of the things I hold dear. Great Views, Wonderful Interior Design, Gorgeous conference rooms... I also enjoy the community team that has been built over time. Each person that works here is very kind and is always ready to help. I have been to several WeWork locations and I am told by my clients and friends this is the best one in town. I would have to agree. I just love it here. : )
