These guys are amazing! The environment has a great layout, all the amenities I need, they even have beer on tap for free after 4pm. There’s a dedicated quiet space, phone booths, meeting room etc... They have incredibly helpful staff. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Be ready for something great, something personal that makes the noise/chaos of the city be but a distant memory. It was orderly, typical, and there was free coffee and some fruit.
The space is nice but they are SUPER disorganized. It took 3-4 rounds of contract editing because they had simple errors like dates, etc. wrong when we initially signed up. They send out a superfluous amount emails about keycards that we never got, the breakout rooms have horrible lighting - you cannot do a video call in them, they take a long time to get your email setup in the system. Randomly we were kicked out of the system for several months; unable to log back in. They were unresponsive to our emails until randomly a couple of months later they responded, and still did not fix the issue. **We had a horrible scenario where they failed to bill us for SIX MONTHS and then their VP of Finance sent us an outrageous bill out of no where during the COVID-19 pandemic, saying we owed a large sum of money.
They also required the tenants to continue to pay during the quarantine, in which legally we could NOT use the space at all.
The premise is great, lots of cool plants and natural light but they REALLY need to button up their upstairs office. It's a mess and very unprofessional, and they need to remember they are dealing with small businesses. I would recommend looking elsewhere for office space to get what you need.
UPDATE: The Founder reached out to be directly and worked with us to fix the billing issue, so I have increased the rating to a 3 from a 1.
Great place to work! Really friendly people, great options for working space. They have fun events to attend as well.
Beautiful bright place, by far the best in SF! I love clean environments that have something of a zen, an order about them and this place is that. The owner Richard is awesome and the staff is so helpful, every single one of them. Very nice, professional, accommodating and all around top-tier. Be ready for something great, something personal that makes the noise/chaos of the city be but a distant memory. Welcome to a productive peaceful space that will make you happy while you do what you do!
