An oasis of calm, support and caring in SF. There is nothing like this place. For the price of an upscale gym membership, you get all that and more. My best decision of 2020 so far!
This is an incredible space and experience offering. I was hesitant because many of the photos feature young women (which is awesome too), and I wasn’t sure how relevant it would be to me and my life stage. BUT! I was pleasantly surprised to find many women who appeared to be my age or older when I spent the day on a day pass. If I still lived in SF, I would absolutely join. I will certainly keep The Assembly in mind for day use.
What a wonderful, nurturing place for women of All ages! If I lived in the City, I would be an active member! We enjoyed a tour and afternoon meditation class there! We will visit again when in the City!
Work. Play. Sweat. It’s a clever model, but an even better reality. Clearly, I’m a member. And a proud one!
Tons of awesome women (and a sprinkle of men - shout-out to Shawn, the STRONGER trainer!). Everyone’s there to help root one another on in their fitness goals, creative discoveries, and/or general life achievements, to name a few!

Great place for reading, working, relaxing, and working out! Staff are extremely friendly.
