I would give zero stars if I could, but they are liars and commit fraud. We leased space out with Sima, but had to terminate due to COVID. The deposit check was supposed to be returned; however, they sent a frudulent check back. We tried to get this corrected with Sima but they refuse to rectify this issue or provide a valid checks. It's sad that they steal money from mental health specialists, especially during these rough times. I would never recommend this place or any of their properties to anyone for their fraudualant practices.

Sima Space provided me with a clean and professional, secure place to start my private practice without the commitment of having to meet a minimum for rent as I built up my caseload. It was easy to reserve rooms and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly with care. I recommend Sima Space to anyone looking to grow their practice or to diversify their location availability.
Sima is great to work with, the space is beautiful, easy to use, and very affordable. I love it except the location is terrible. It's very hard to walk there from Muni (10 blocks up hill) and difficult to find parking (at least 10 minutes some days) So prepare yourself and let your clients know.
