I have been with regus for more than 7 years, Dubai, Ohio, Michigan, Canada, never had an issue. However, I am extremely disappointed with Downtown San Diego Regus office. Never again
You can get charged up to 200% of your contract every month here. And here is why: I think it would be ideal for Regus to fully disclose its brand: Regus- The Hidden Fees Company. (I am not being very creative :D) So let me give you a good glimpse of what you are about to sign up for: hidden fees. I have been here for a a few months now and every single month the rent (and it is not really a rent because they are not a real estate company. They are a membership company and they compare themselves to a gym membership) is different and you get charged for things you wouldn't really expect. For example, I was granted permission to move in 4 days earlier than my lease term which was nice but then their IT had charge me 4 x $12/day for internet usage because I had setup my computer and plugged it in their wall internet. I found out that the usage of their kitchen was not initially included in the lease amount and I was being charged an additional $10/day for kitchen use. You can opt out of it and not go to kitchen. LOL They also tell you that you have a phone line that you can use but then there are a variation of minute by minute charges depending, I think, on which US zip code you call. So for example one domestic call had cost me $7.56 Basically the same thing you get for free on your cellphone, they charge you for it. And then you get charged a tax amount (not really clear to me what the percentages are) on top of every variation of the charge. So by my calculations, if you are a busy business owner, making a bunch of calls every day, you can really pay up to twice as much as you initially thought you had the office for. The building has conference rooms but you have to pay a minimum of $65/hr for a conference room which is basically a small room with a few chairs a table. They are more impressive meeting rooms for $110/hr. The conference rooms are not available over the weekends. I am pretty sure there are a whole bunch of other hidden charges that I have not yet come across but I wouldn't be surprised if I see a charge for over usage of internet above 5GB :D or some other ridiculous thing. Do yourself a favor and find another company. I am being very honest with you and sharing my objective experience here. The one star is a bear minimum of the ranking and that goes to their nice and super friendly staff, Ginger and Thelma.
Big fancy building with lots of offices. Some shared office space. Beautiful building kind of confusing to navigate. Expensive parking
Great staff. I could not be happier
! The women at the front desk go above and beyond in their job. You won't be sorry if you join Regis on Broadway in San Diego.
Great place for small offices with reasonable prices.
