Very nice interior - the perfect spot if a temporary office space is needed. They also will validate parking if you are there doing business with one of the companies utilizing the office space(s) there. Saved me $14!
I was using this place as a post office box but the autopay didnt get set up on their end. I entered my information correctly but it didnt work apparently. I was walking in and using the service and nothing was mentioned. Of course when I first signed up the person working there said that I did not need a usps form stating that it was ok to accept my mail to start service.She was incorrect and I had to call in about that one and they called the office and corrected their employee on the matter. I had to pay some late fees because of this and they literaly took weeks after saying that they would call back to hear anything. I called them actually because I didnt hear anything while I was trying to get things settled.Their office is located somewhere in the Philippines according to the office person who could not help at all. Who I had to call back. I paid the balance over the phone and thought that it was over. Then a few months later with a closed account I'm given more late fees somehow and a balance on the account that I had paid to zero. No one could answer why. I recieved a copy paste email stating that the 35 dollar late fee is valid when I called to ask why there was s balance when I paid the whole balance according to who I spoke too. Avoid this place. It they will take every opportunity to not assist you and profit from it if possible. I am happy to be done with them.
Over the years, I have had nothing but excellent experiences working with the top-notch staff at Regus: particularly Kiah and the pros at the front desk, Joseiah and Haley. They are unfailingly attentive, intelligent, responsive and gracious. I rest in the assurance that my clients are handled promptly and cordially by this staff of professionals.
Regus is an outstanding place to go if you need to work somewhere professional. We use the Regus Business World pass. so we can go in to any regus and work out of the business lounge for the day. Plus all of the free coffee we want. all for just $30/mo. Absolutely amazing!
We've been a tenant at the Regus facility in UTC for a few years, it's a great location and even greater work environment. Taylor and Amber run the office with the perfect mix of professionalism and personality which keeps the business running smooth, and provides for a great work atmosphere. Can't speak highly enough of the UTC Regus, it has all the amenities we need as a business, and the right team to put it all together
