Very weird hostel. Everything is supposed to be new, but everything is dirty. Kitchen and fridge are huge but very dirty, bathrooms were not cleaned for 3 days! Bin is overflowing and the room and bathroom are dirty. They only change sheets and not dispose the bin or anything.

Very well located. Excellent common space. The point against the fact that due to covid they reduced the cleaning in the rooms. In my opinion it should be the other way around. Very friendly staff. And one more important point, the girl who prepares breakfast is an excellent tourist guide ...

The only star I give them is for the attention of one of the receptionists who did what she could. The place does not become a hotel and they sold it to us as a family. We had to climb three floors by an impossible staircase. We had no water in the four nights we were there. instead of placard we had a rickety shelf. Never cleaning service. We went on extremely hot days and the radiators in the heating system were burning and we couldn't turn them off. Although we asked to download them there was never a response. The nightstands did not work and every time I asked for change they promised me but of course it never happened. For oblivion.
