I asked the agency for assistance to sell the house and was followed by the very kind Sandro Antonini. My husband and I were completely inexperienced, it was the first act of sale in our life.
Initially, we assessed the agent's behavior as excessively scrupulous, but only later did we understand the amount of work required to reach the deed of sale without surprises.
I admit that without such a service that supported us in the various steps, I would never have been able to complete the sale alone. In particular, the agency dealt with personal practices with the municipality or with utility suppliers in my name. This allowed me not to take time off from work to go to the various offices.
Last, but not least, in two weeks from the exposure of the advertisement, the parties reached an agreement.
For me the service was essential as I work off-site.
