Great customer service and nice spacious rooms! The front desk agents were very tentative and nice. We loved the spacious room and shower was amazing. The historic that was in the building was an awesome experience as well! We will stay here again and can't wait for the new renovation ideas the soap provided as well smelled great and the soap bar made my skin so smooth! You won't be disappointed ****
Loved staying at The Hotel Gibbs. The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was extremely clean, they even sent a text message before we got there to see if we needed anything. They sent a text message during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and then another one after we checked out to thank us. They are in a great location, a block away from The Riverwalk and right across the street from The Alamo. We will definitely book our next stay with them!
A real gem in San Antonio. Close to The Alamo and the Riverwalk. Historic hotel, hardwood floors. Heavy Wood doors... great architectural features. Real friendly people, very helpful. No matter where you go in downtown SA, parking is expensive. Might as well get over it or go someplace else.
This place had the friendliest service and the manager checked to make sure we were having a great time. The junior suite was very nice, spacious, and clean. The price was perfect for what we got and the location can’t be beat. The old school feel that the building has made our stay seem like a history lesson come to life.
It was our second time staying there. The location is fantastic, deep in the heart of San Antonio right across from the Alamo. The history of the building is amazing with it being located where the North wall of the Alamo was. The service is good, front desk staff is very nice and room attendants are very polite and helpful. The rooms are old office buildings it has that 50’s feel, the original wooden floors are fantastic. Definitely recommend!
