I am in a fluid situation and I need to adapt quickly for work; possible perfected, organized chaos. The first day I got there, I was lucky enough to be taken care by the night manager Mr. John. His initial pleasantries towards me was reassuring. By simply speaking with him, I knew that I will not run into any issues, and if I were to run into any — I was confident that Mr. John would take care of me. In continuation, from my observation, Mr. John was swamped with work, yet he still manages to handle the obvious heavy work load with precision and grace, along with his staff. His experience shines brightly. If it were me, I would have delegated the work that I could and focus on priorities. John, is opposite of me because he is able to handle it all. If the owner is reading this, please let him know that I appreciate him and those under him. What a great guy you have in charge. You have yourself a person who is a diamond. Please take care of it. Thanks for reading.
Ice machine never worked
GREATEST HOTEL STAFF AND SERVICE IN A LONG TIME!! And, not to mention, their entire staff was extremely helpful, courteous and considerate - especially during the pandemic: all wore masks and maintained a very clean and health conscious environment and facility. Thank you, ladies and gents of LaQuinta - most impressive were the room service staff. Thank you again.
Asked for a King Suite and just received a King. Spoke with a Jesse at front desk and he said that he'd resolve the issue the following day between 5 & 7 pm and then the next day he said he couldn't accommodate me because he swears be said between 3 & 5 pm. Then I didn't receive a cot until 1030 or 1130. After speaking with management and discussing my concerns, they were able to accommodate me by comping part of the stay and valet. Even though it wasn't the stay we anticipated La Quinta management made good on behalf of the miscommunication and assured me that my next stay will be better
Rooms are always clean, lobby is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is included with your stay and they have a pretty good selection of food. If possible I try to stay at this location when visiting San Antonio!
