Incredible Hotel! I loved my extended stay. I was welcomed home every night after work and welcomed back after every few days away! And always by name
My career keeps me in San Antonio all throughout the year at various times. This hotel will always be my home away from home.
Great hotel for the price, but what really set it apart was the friendliness of the staff. I stayed for a month for work and overall enjoyed my stay (as much as one could inside a hotel). The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Noise wasn't really a problem, could occasionally hear a baby cry or a door close, but generally pretty quiet. Michelle at the front desk was an absolute GEM. She was the sweetest and most helpful person ever. I also really appreciated Michael with valet, he was very nice and would ask about how work was when I got back. All of the staff were great but they definitely stood out. You also get some free credits on their laundry app, so that's nice too.
The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The location (right on the Riverwalk) was convenient and safe. Even with COVID restrictions/cutbacks, the free breakfast had a great variety. Overall, the hotel seemed a little dated. It felt like a 90's/00's vibe- but was still nice. (It's located in a building that's been there since the early 1900s). Our suite was spacious, and having the kitchenette was a huge plus during our stay. The bed was okay- not the best we've experienced, but certainly not the worst. We chose to not pay for the valet parking and found a more affordable option a couple of blocks away. (It's downtown in a huge city- so anywhere you go you'll have to pay for parking). We would most likely stay here on our next visit to San Antonio (unless we decided to test out some new hotel).
Destiny was amazing!!! She helped us find food when nothing was open she went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcomed!!! I will stay here aslong as she still works here
Simply terrible. No room cleaning at all, neither fresh towels nor soap nor shampoo at all. Breakfast is a joke. Boxes w boiled eggs and bagel that have been around forever. They have cut corners everywhere possible. Even the shower gets only lukewarm. Their excuse for everything is the pandemic. Yet that doesn't stop them from nailing u $31/day for parking.
