Edit: The owner of the company has since been in touch and has been very helpful and pleasant, he apologised for the inconvenience caused and has since quickly reimbursed the cost of the internet.
We stayed in one of their properties in Cambrils. The kitchen was not very clean with mould in a saucepan and the kettle and other items being covered in a layer of grease.
We had paid a substantial sum of money for daily internet access at the apartment which we needed for work reasons, however the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. We emailed the company three times over the course of the holiday to make them aware of this but were completely ignored. This was disappointing, as before our stay they were incredibly responsive to any emails we had sent.
We were last week in apartment Marina from this company. The experience was very good. The apartment was very clean and the views from the balcony are very beautiful. The agency was very friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!
Villa we had booked for 7adults and a toddler was filthy, stunk and unsafe. We got moved to a 3 bed apartment with 1 bathroom between us all. 1st evening the toilet waste pipe broke and flooded every room. They couldnt get a plumber out untill the next day, we had to mop up the whole place ourselves and put towels around the toilet to try and contain it. We asked for a cleaner to come out with the plumber as it was waste water but they never came, we had to go and buy cleaning products and do it all ourselves. On top of all this we still left the place immaculate yet they decided to charge us the £500 deposit on the credit card with no reason. We spent €150 on taxis back and to the main office from the 1st villa and then to the apartment and lost 2days of our holiday sorting this.
Advise everyone to stear clear! Shocking and disgusting company!
