The mattress was the worst mattress I have ever tried... I could not sleep anything!! I would feel the mattress springs... definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would not choose it again, the mattess is the most important thing in a hotel, it is after all what you are going to use the most.
On top of that, the blanket on the bottom was not well placed... and it was not the correct blanket that grabs to the mattress... it moved whenever you moved.
This hotel is a top choice!!
The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The bar staff were amazing. Sarah from behind the bar was a star!! Couldn't do enough so helpful. Juan also top dude. (Thanks for my lemon slushes) xx

One of the worst hotels ever.
Actually they have smoking rooms! And when you ask reception to check on your neighbors and stop them from smoking, they cannot do anything! They only say there are no smoking rooms in the hotel. Okey, now I can smell fresh air, thank you.
The worst sound proof in the rooms I’ve ever faced. I could hear my neighbors talks and coughing all evening long.
And they failed to provide soap and shower gel. I don’t know why. I just found hair conditioner, hair comb and hair cap. I stayed at 2-stars hotels, and they always provided the essentials.
The least helpful reception in the world.
I’ve stayed at Mercure all over the world, probably this one is the worst out of all.
Nice room, friendly staff
The building is magnificent as I am into construction, the atrium meets the wow factor. The staff are very polite and helpful. There also is also a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk, even the bus stop is near as well. The rooms are large and clean.
