The management that you have of the communities is very bad and shameful. In the next meeting most of the neighbors will decide that you lose the management of our farm. It is shameful the treatment you give us the mismanagement and response 0 if there is an urgent problem. We are paying you for nothing. The one who has to face the problems is responsible for the farms, not a secretary. Please take care of the needs of the neighbors, which in short for that they get paid.
