Complete lack of professionalism. They do not appear for the visit to the house that we had arranged. We contact them by phone (being already in place), and they tell us that they do not have the keys. At the very least, they could warn, and not waste our time.
Phenomenal! They are great professionals! When looking for an apartment I think I visited about 5 or 6 real estate agencies and only in that one they gave me a very good attention from the beginning and also a confidence. I really recommend them!
