A very pleasant holiday with this agency, I was very happy with my rental, the whole team is very nice. I would go back to this agency for next vacation and I recommend it.
As a Proprietor of an apartment in Ste Maxime I find the young team of elocimmo friendly, professional and always helpful. The survey results that they obtain from holiday makers in my apartment are used to guide me in redecoration, repairs and renewals of equipment, as a result the ratings given by guests climb ever higher.

We were very fortunate to receive the benefit of Francois and Christophe’s professional expertise, care and support when selling our apartment in Ste Maxime. The challenge for us was made more difficult because we were unable to travel from England to France this year to have personal contact with them and to ensure the apartment was cleared and clean for the new owner. We need not have worried, Francois and Christophe managed the whole process for us in the most honest, caring and sensitive way and going beyond their professional remit on our behalf. I would like to thank the switchboard operator at the town hall who is extremely kind. She is warm and conciliatory and unfortunately it is a state of mind that leaves much to be desired within the reception structures these days.
It took me a week to get to someone from the planning department, either by email or phone, and this absolutely lovely person made my failed attempts less annoying.
