When we tell customers that from 4 p.m. the accommodation is available, that must be the case. After hours of driving, arriving at the agency, waiting 1 hour under the sun in full view of the world to be heard say that the cleaning has just started, it is not normal. I asked for the keys of the accommodation to go and wait in the parking lot of the residence for 1 hour ... However, the lady was very pleasant and very kind and the accommodation very clean and well located. Although the arrival was chaotic, the holidays were superb!
I recommend with my eyes closed. No worries with interhome. Already two years that I reserve my apartment by interhome and completely satisfied with them.

We rented a rental with a swimming pool.
The water in the pool was green therefore unusable and obviously never been serviced all year.
This problem has persisted for two weeks, the agency was fully informed.
She did not take the necessary actions and did not even warn us when the keys were handed over.
In addition, we noticed that the gate giving access to the parking lot of the small interior courtyard was broken (visible electric wires).
This courtyard looked like a storage room (washing machine, sofa, cars being repaired ...). Also, the parking spaces on the street side were littered with rubbish.
Workers working for the owner (not speaking French) were housed in some of these rental accommodation. The latter were responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool according to the agency.
In addition, upon our departure, the agency informed us that the previous tenants were in dispute for "very serious events" having happened to them during their stay.
The agency therefore let us into this accommodation knowing all this.

ST. MAXIME on August 9, 2020
We are the owners of an apartment at NAUSICAA, and once again we have just recovered our accommodation in a sorry state the floor has not been washed the lights are on and the sofa is full of shoe marks.
We concluded once again that the cleaning was not done properly despite our remarks that we had made to the St. Maxime agency for the same problems in early July 2020.
We therefore decided to remove the management of our apartment from the Inter home company despite the 12 years of collaboration.
