Alatere CoWo is a friendly coworking space in central Antibes. The premises are divided into individual offices which could be used by a single company or by a small group of individuals. The office facilities include fast wifi, a printer and conferencing facilities. There is also a shared kitchen, with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The atmosphere is friendly and convivial and Jean Gerard (the owner of Alatere) is always very helpful and accommodating. Being in the centre of town and a stone's throw away from both the station and the beach, Alatere is an excellent location for a co-working space.

By far the best co-working and co-working community in the region. My team and I have been working there for almost 4 years now and we have been not only benefiting from professional setup (anything one may need in their office) but also from community life - support, events, information, shared lunches, etc. I have made friends for life.

As a Proprietor of an apartment in Ste Maxime I find the young team of elocimmo friendly, professional and always helpful. The survey results that they obtain from holiday makers in my apartment are used to guide me in redecoration, repairs and renewals of equipment, as a result the ratings given by guests climb ever higher.

This is the first coworking place i feel at "home". They took the best parts of an office, filled it with good people,: it's clean, high seelings, lot's of daylight, coffee machine, and plenty of balls in the baby foot,
It is a great place. As soon as you push the door you feel good there thanks to the decor, a beautiful energy and the warm welcome from Marie. I rent the large room to hold business meetings. It's bright and there is everything you need.

Ideal location in Sophia, very pleasant and modern premises, but above all a TOP TEAM!
Events are organized throughout the year which create a great atmosphere between all the co-workers.
The little extra: Unlimited hot drinks and a food truck (different every day of the week) installed just in front of the offices.
In short, I would 10,000% recommend this place I have been working in for over a year now!
We were very fortunate to receive the benefit of Francois and Christophe’s professional expertise, care and support when selling our apartment in Ste Maxime. The challenge for us was made more difficult because we were unable to travel from England to France this year to have personal contact with them and to ensure the apartment was cleared and clean for the new owner. We need not have worried, Francois and Christophe managed the whole process for us in the most honest, caring and sensitive way and going beyond their professional remit on our behalf. Additionally, and most importantly, they sold our apartment quickly. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and their agency Stephane Plaza.
Lionel and his wife run this large and well designed co-working space on a hill overlooking Villeneuve-Loubet. The location is convenient, due to being right off the highway and at the same time in offering great views of the ocean from the open space or the outside chill area. The space has all the essential amenities (coffee, water filter, snacks, fast wifi and plenty of plugs). Besides the open space, there are meeting rooms and some permanent offices. What really makes this place stand out from other coworking spaces I've been to, is the community spirit. Everybody seems to know everybody, and there is conversation everywhere you look (coffee kitchen, chill areas, kicker table). The open space was quiet and had a great atmosphere for focused work. If I would live closer, I would strongly consider joining this fun and interesting community!
A very pleasant holiday with this agency, I was very happy with my rental, the whole team is very nice. I would go back to this agency for next vacation and I recommend it.
Magnificent setting! La Verrière ... WOW! Offices, meeting rooms, break rooms, phone booth, kitchen, everything is done to work in a stimulating and conducive atmosphere.
I was visiting St Raphael and needed to get some work done which was impossible in the hotel due to poor wifi. I'm so glad I found Point Sud! It's a nice space with plenty of natural light, fast reliable wifi, and monitors you can hook up to. On top of that everyone was very friendly. I'd highly recommend this place if you need to get work done.
