Very centrally located to moments and sightseing. Hotel had excellent lobby.well appointed rooms. Courteous staff ,always willing to help. The lounge restaurant which serves buffet breakfast was Ming blowing. They even served carier,champagne ,the works and each day it was different. If you go to st Petersburg . Please stay there.

Excellent location. Glamorous lobby. Hospitable staff. Comfortable rooms with state of art bathrooms. Restaurants in hotel serves excellent food. Breakfast was a feast If in st Petersburg worth a stay at Lotte

Very nice hotel and excellent service! Absolutely recommendable!

There are literally very few hotels which deserve a Five Star rating and it's really a pleasure to have an experience at one such place. The Lotte has an Iconic location, looking towards the Isaac's Cathedral and the ambience is contemporary with the blend of Russian Architecture. The best part also includes complimentary bikes for cycling across the city in the white nights..

They take a fee of 50000 rub for smoking even though it's illegal to do so. The largest fee which can be charged in Russia is 3500 rub.
