Rented this Praktik.Work for 5 days total for a small team of 2 pax. Excellent sales and community leader, Miss Nastya Matto — every step of the process was personable, without BS, and spot on. I needed abundance of natural light so she went extra mile and WhatsApp-ed me pictures of desks during daylight so I was really taken care of before making decision. Nastya went extra mile and even consulted on few other options, and maybe even othe Praktik.Work locations around St.Peterbsurg in case we would experience noise / distractions during deep work hours. Everything went well, great feedback from my team, and we really enjoyed the location.

Pros:
1) Quite cozy, good renovation in the loft style
2) Located in the attic of an historical building very close to pl. Alexander Nevsky
3) Friendly reception
4) As many as two meeting rooms
Minuses:
1) Not very spacious, a large team cannot be accommodated, as well as visitors, if necessary
2) There is only one toilet
3) The visitor will not be able to leave without the help of a receptionist or a person with a pass, which is not always convenient

For a small team - a great option: easy access, quite quiet inside, you can negotiate with clients from time to time.
For a team of 10 people, it will obviously be a little cramped, as in the case if your business involves a constant and large flow of clientele
Great location - 5 minutes from the metro. There are 2 coffee machines, a cooler, cookies and, very cool, fruits. In addition, there are no disposable tableware, only cups and aluminum glasses for water. The cabinets are cleaned every day. Coworking works 24/7, which allows you to flexibly arrange a work schedule.
