Christian is a cool dude! He gos above & beyond with Customer Service!
I came for a meeting last week and the secretary, Christian, was constantly talking down to his customers. I was in the lobby for over an hour and overheard his bad attitude with multiple customers. He was also very unfriendly to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He also did not have anything nice to say about his counterpart and felt the need to express this to everyone. Maybe he is new and just needs to be trained properly? I have not experienced this behavior at any other Regus location I have been to.
Great Place to Have Meetings!! Christian was Very Helpful. Parking was limited, so get there early.
Nothing good to say. The branch manager at Carillon made a HUGE mistake which sent my account to collections. Said he would "take care of it" over 5 times but never followed up. I called corporate and they took the side of the employee, admitting he made a mistake. I asked for them to clear up the collection and heard nothing for over a month. Then they asked me to contact ANOTHER person and tell them what happened. It's been over 5 months and they cant solve a simple mistake that they all admit THEIR employee made.
