Like the office, but parking can be a issue.
My office ran out of space and had to get a spot for us here. I love the location and the amenities. If I were looking for a place to rent on my own, I would consider renting here. Great location on central close to everything. Great WiFi and support. Great community space, vending machine, kitchen, and access to conference rooms.
For your own peace of mind, we strongly urge you NOT to consider this office space or any office space offered by Regus. This company and the local managers are an absolute nightmare to deal with. The company is based in the UK and there is no such thing as personal service or even just common courtesy with anyone we have dealt with here. Save yourself the trouble and find a local landlord that you can meet in person and you can trust will treat you with respect and kindness. There are many other options in St. Petersburg.
I love this Regus location! Very friendly and helpful reception team, and area manager. They always do their best to accommodate my needs, and i love the layout! Very urban and modern, clients are always impressed when they come in. I HIGHLY recommend this location!
