Great little co-working space tucked away on Central Ave. The space has everything you need to drop in and work. I've been a daily attendee for a few months now and the owners are very responsive and helpful.
Location is great as well, coffee shops close by and places to eat and drink just moments away.
Definitely check this place out if you are looking for space, I've worked at other co-working spaces around town and this is one I would pick over others.
I've been working here for 2 years. I've had membership at all levels--drop-in, reserved basic desk, reserved upgraded desk, and now an office. I love how it feels homey and like a real creative office space--unlike most other coworking spaces which are generic, large, with constantly changing faces. There are many companies that are based here that have been here for months, so you see people regularly and develop relationships. At the same time, you can keep to yourself and focus in your own space without too much disruption. Being a small independent space, it is not without its challenges, which are always addressed immediately by the 'house mother' who does not hover or be up in everyone's business, while also setting and upholding the limited rules. It may not have all of the bells and whistles that other spaces have, but if you are looking for an easy space to feel at home without having to work at home in a friendly casual environment, this is the place. Pricing is competitive with others, and probably one of the best perks is free parking!
I've only been a member for two weeks, and I'm in love with this place! It's great to finally not work from home, but the real value is that there's a lot of awesome people working on a variety of creative disciplines. For my video production company, it's been such a great network to plug into! It's in the Grand Central District so there are TONS of place for coffee, food, and drinks for you and your clients. Highly recommended, definitely take a tour!
Clear Labs is great co-working space with a fun & friendly vibe. Perfect for freelancers or solo entrepreneurs who need a place to get their work done but don't want to be stuck at home. Great location too!
