Had an amazing lunch at Sloppy Joe's
Good food but need friendlier service that listen st Sloppy Joe's...
I love this place. The exterior looks an art-deco hotel you'd find in Miami but the inside has been beautifully updated and decorated. Rooms in the tower are spacious with super comfy beds. The full oceanview are nothing short of spectacular. Property has huge beach and two great pools. It's conveniently location with everything you need in walking distance.
We just stayed at this great place for 1 day, this past Sunday. We rented 3 rooms all were very clean and very accessible for handicap.
They were so accommodating when I asked about an early check in, because I was bringing my elderly parents who need their afternoon nap. (It was a requirement for them in order to get them to go ).
Shauna at the front desk was so nice.
The entire resort was very nicely kept.
We had dinner at Sloppy Joe's it was pretty good. Our server was really nice and did a great job.
They happen to have a wedding that night which was great for my husband, my daughter and myself we danced by the firepit all night to the DJ. It was great. Also a great place for a wedding!!
And the beautiful sand sculptures were an added bonus.
Bilmar Beach Resort exceeded all expectations for my first visit to this area! The staff was very helpful with any questions and my room was very updated and clean. I was in room 437 which was one of their cheapest offerings but still had a great beach view and sliding glass window to see the gulf. I would 100% return to the area and make a point to stay at Bilmar again. Wifi connectivity was very fast also!
