As a first timer of Industrious, the second I walked through the door, I was greeted by the kindest people, Casey and Caroline. Casey was kind enough to give me a tour of the entire space and I was absolutely stunned. There is a space upstairs where they serve breakfast each morning and happy hour two days a week (no, I am not kidding). This bar area is also stocked with snacks, ice cold drinks, coffee, tea and more. All of these amenities are included in your membership. Yes, you heard that right. NO EXTRA CHARGE. There are tons of spaces throughout the two floors where you can lounge, relax or carry on conversation. These spaces are my personal favorite because it allows you to step out of your office and take a quick break during your day. Need to really clear your head after a stressful conference call? There are two rooms, one on each floor, where you can go and totally get your zen on. I can't fail to mention the VIEWS!!!! Whether you are in an inside office, or an office facing the city or water, the views are incredible. Tons of natural light. AMAZING! Industrious literally thought of everything to make a workspace comfortable, quiet and productive. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is truly, top-notch and I couldn't dream of a better place to work out of.
At first, I was hesitant about the “Co-Working” concept advertised at Industrious. The concept was so different from conventional office leases. However, moving to this location has been one of the best decisions we made. The staff has been wonderful, ever cognizant of our needs. They made the “co-working” concept fun and enjoyable, with weekly activities and delicious snacks and entrees. As a Broker, I know the difficulties of working with a myriad of personalities. And the staff at Industrious has excelled in every category of customer service. I also want to acknowledge one notable employee who has gone above and beyond in welcoming us to Industrious: Caroline Mitchell. She is a treasure. She has helped us in everyway possible, making the transition from a brick and mortar establishment to the “co-working” platform an enjoyable experience. She consistently has a smile on her face and is always asking if there is anything she could do for us. All in all, she is a stellar employee and an asset to Industrious. Working here has been a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Industrious to other businesses.
Caroline Mitchell is the most wonderful person! She came in over the weekend when we moved into Industrious and saved our company! We were so grateful to have her be responsive and ready when she wasn’t required to do so. She has been helpful every day there on. We call her for all our company needs and she has never failed us! She is the best and made our office space even more enjoyable with her kind and helpful personality!
Space and staff is great! I moved in during the height of the health crisis and feel completely safe at the office here. Everyone takes it very seriously and the staff makes great efforts to make sure safe interaction is taking place. There was a mix-up with the cleaning crew that was not the fault of the office staff. Even so, they went to really remarkable lengths to resolve what was a fairly minor but very complicated issue. I moved from a big office and was expecting office administrators, but found that Lashana, Caroline, and Emma are so much more!
Working at the Industrious office has been amazing not just for the amenities but more so the people. There are several that stand out, Lashana, Emma and Caroline. Lashana was remarkable in getting us on boarded here and making sure we are comfortable. Emma has been a friendly face always who is willing to help out when we need anything. Our comfort and ability to work during this trying time has been bolstered by Caroline coming on board and supporting us, always able to respond when a need arises and asking how I’m doing. She makes me feel like fully supported here.
