I didn't stay here but met some friends there who did. The staff were very nice and welcoming to me when I arrived to wait for my friends and they were delighted with their stay.

Very tight & winding stairs up to room
There are no coffee making facilities in the room.
There is coffee in reception. But it's a walk down two flights of stairs, along the street, back in the building. Then a return trip. By which point, your coffee is cold
St Malo is a beautiful place to visit.
The sunsets at the beach are lovely.
When I next visit Saint Malo I shall stay at this wonderful hotel . It's a treasure for Saint Malo and Ibis. Situated within the walls close to ferry. An abundant cafe's restaurants bars close within the Historic City. Wonderful most helpful staff.
Lovely and clean not happy that we paid extra for a large room to discover they are all same size No tea or coffee facilities other than in reception which is only accessible by going outside and walking round the corner But reception staff lovely
It was marvelous. Friendly stuff, room was very clean (I was unable to find dust anywhere), furniture was new and in nice colours.
