Finally a court decision which puts an end to the hegemony of the SACIB whose sole objective is profit to the detriment of Saint-Malo residents and respect for town planning rules. Their omnipotence is over! .... Finally, the Saint-Malo people are heard!
I moved more than a year ago into an apartment built by Sacib, despite my numerous reminders to the developer and service providers, a year after the cracks on the facade and inside have still not been repaired.
It is an obstacle course to raise reservations, no reactivity or communication on the part of Sacib.
I put a star because I have no choice, otherwise I wouldn't have put anything. i am not surprised at the number of negative reviews you have on the internet and if you continue like this you are unlikely to go very far in the future.
I had to call 5 times last week always with an unpleasant reception on the phone so as not to change to tell me every time I am called back but still nothing. Indeed I realized that as it was about a rental because I want a bigger apartment it is not interesting for them! I would have liked to buy a property I would have had someone right away, my partner took the test he got someone right away!
Know one thing that a tenant can buy a property in the following year so start by respecting your customers we have been with you for 5 years and we do not deserve an unpleasant welcome as you do each time and the covid has the back wide we are all overwhelmed but kindness and politeness are not excluded. The result is that I called back a 6th time but as I disturbed them we ended up telling me of course no one is available we have nothing we remind you when we have something!
So the result you don't care but it does not matter, we are thinking of moving because it is not the first time that you react like that and there are enough of people like you if you change jobs if yours bothers you, I wouldn't have to do sacib anymore, I would advertise you like never before, and my partner too. There will be no impact at 2 but since you do this to all customers apparently in 10 years you no longer exist
After signing an option to purchase land in Saint Méloir at the end of 2018, we are now in July 2020 and we still do not see the color. Oh yes, but the prices have gone up ... The "Purchase Intent" signed with the old land price is no longer worth anything. And no response to our numerous requests for several months ... Unreliable and who prefer not to contact you again rather than assume their incompetence
UPDATE 20 Oct - After 48 hours, I was indeed called back and offered a visit which resulted in a rental. The agency is visibly overwhelmed but the service is professional and the process went well.

Impossible to make an appointment to visit the properties available for rent. They tell me that they will call me back but they don't call me back. Is it because I am a self-entrepreneur and they avoid this kind of profile? I do not know. In any case, it is very frustrating and disappointing.
