Deplorable welcome. Saleswomen whose arrogance is matched only by their incompetence. Particularly unpleasant experience when I went there several times, yet coming from far away, in fact it's the same thing every time. To wonder if it is not a problem of management and sour saleswomen. Strange for this historic brand. We certainly do not return for the dry welcome when it is not aggressive, but for the choice and quality of the products offered. I bought 4 pairs in 2 days for more than 600 € during the private sales, with mind-blowing remarks such as "I will not have time today", while the saleswoman was standing there doing nothing, and that I had told her the day before on several occasions that she could go see other customers while I was thinking, and incredible bad faith from an older saleswoman on 2 shoes of the same pair of which one was very discolored: "It's like that."
Fortunately, after asking to speak to the manager who was not there, Thomas took over and was remarkably kind and efficient with valuable advice that showed obvious competence and motivation. Thanks Thomas.
Saleswomen who don't care about the world would do well to change jobs, we would go back more often and with pleasure. The wind !
Very nice store with an impressive selection for men (this is rare). My husband has finally found shoes to suit him, although he is very difficult. The quality is at the rendezvous and the choice of brands is vast. There is something for every taste. We did not go to the women's section but the choice also seemed important. The person who took care of us was a little cold but still brought us the requested models. I think the influx of tourists trying without buying anything must be a little frustrating in the long run ... on our side, we are happy with our experience.

A shameful welcome! I came for 3 pairs of shoes for myself, my partner and my son. In view of the cold reception (not even a hello) I decide to try only one pair for me. The "saleswoman" an elderly woman with glasses already seems annoyed that I try and circle around me with insistent looks. Arriving at the checkout I ask if it is not suitable how it happens if there are refunds or exchanges, to which this woman answers me "and why it will not go? With us we do not make refunds!". She then offers me the loyalty card which I accept, coming very often to St Malo. At the announcement of my postal code she dared to do "pffff" ... Dear madam if you do not want to work in the trade and even less in contact with tourists there are a lot of jobs waiting for you with open arms and without customer contact! A shame for a shop so well located and with so many choices.
Shoes of quality, choice, but an absolutely deplorable welcome from the saleswoman who "took care" of us. My wife spotted a pair of boots at a brand store in Rennes. While passing through the shop of Saint-Malo she asks for her size, tries a pair but notices that the top of the boot is slightly damaged and the leather veined in a rather unsightly way ... We make the remark to explain that finally we do not take not these boots. Since then the saleswoman has turned into fury, took us high by telling us that the leather "it's like that", "balanced" is the term, the boots in their box, dropped his glasses on the floor so much she seemed angry, in short a mind-blowing sales experience !! My wife had already bought several shoes in this shop, but that's for sure that now we will not set foot again !!!
