As a Canadian buying in France from Singapore during the Covid pandemic, my husband and I have had very positive interactions with Transactel. Andrew, as our agent, has been effective, efficient, and enthusiastic with all of our communication and aspects of the buy. He is not only friendly, but also works with a high level of integrity, which I value very much. Andrew was very helpful in many ways during the sale as the circumstances were not 'normal' because of us not being able to travel ourselves. He also made sure, every step of the way, that we were reassured of the process and updated at all times since we were not there in person.
