The property was according to our wishes but the household had not been done properly ... the toilet down had not been cleaned for example before our arrival, the washer was moldy ....
The owner of the villa LAMA in Saint Cyprien was too present (he came every 2 days) AND he had absolutely no confidence in the tenants .... which is rather unpleasant.
Pleasant welcome, professional smiling staff, very good service, very pleasant atmosphere and setting.
The place is immaculate nothing to say about cleanliness. I recommend to all tourists this agencies which and impeccable congratulations to the whole team and thank you again!
A few years that I go through this agency. The welcome is courteous but above all they are serious !! The apartments are more than adequate and at the slightest concern they try to remedy them as soon as possible!
The proof, I go (again ) through them to go on vacation this summer!
