Tried to ship a package to an Ebay buyer. My first time selling anything on an auction site. Beth tried to verify the address and warned me there was something suspicious (google maps showed and intersection with no home). When the buyer gave an alternate address she took the liberty confirm through tax records the owners name which did not match the buyers. Needless to say we cancelled the delivery saving me from a $2k scam. I can't thank her enough!!! And look at the care she has taken to pack this camera. Awesome
Horrible customer service. Acted as if they were doing me a favor. Run far and fast. Wouldn’t be Surprised if your packages never showed up.
Not friendly at all. I use because it’s close to my house but would definitely go elsewhere if it was convenient. They need to learn how to smile.
I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier service when sending off my tax package yesterday. I was advised as to what was the quickest way to ship something within Florida which was also the less expensive way. How nice is that? I will definitely be back. Thank you!
