Shouldn't even post a review but decided to since been sometime and I didn't want other people to get messed up like me. I had an issue with my account. They just gave me the run around and I even spoke to a person helping running the florida area and no one wanted to help resolve my issue or even send it to an actual regional manager or the owner(s). My stuff got sent to collections for no reason and I paid it all off but they owe me about 1,200. They charge way to much from office spaces to printing.
Regus at Town Center has been terrific. From their sales team, Marybeth, to their on site office team, Raquel & Eric, I have been very happy with their service, communication, and their want to please. Thanks for a great customer experience, Regus!
Checkout their BBB rating! They have an F, and that’s an accurate grade for them. Looks they they have been sued a lot too. This place sucks save yourself a major headache and stay away from coworking spaces!
I contacted them regarding office space. I was trying to find out pricing. They refuse to provide pricing unless you visit the location for a tour and a high pressure sales pitch. Despite me telling them I would not be able to go in for an in-person tour, I have received an additional FIVE robo-calls from them plus two live calls. A total of SEVEN calls in about four hours. On one of the live calls, when I said I would not be going in to the location for a tour, the man was rude and said "if that's how you feel, I won't waste any more of your time" and hung up on me. I have learned all I need to know about this company, just by trying to get information so I could sign up. They are clearly not reputable. There are other options in Jacksonville, so I don't need that nonsense. Now I'll have to block all of their numbers to get the robo-calls to stop.
