We have had the best experience at this facility. Jessica is amazing and always is at the ready to assist when needed. Jessica, Mike and Kelly have created a professional environment while at the same time making you feel like part of their family. Modern, clean and safe facility with an amazing group of professionals and peers working side by side. Highly recommend for long term or short term space needs. Never a bad experience!
Wonderful space for co-working with lots of options and great amenities! I walked in and they had me setup at the perfect desk and working within minutes.
This place is absolutely amazing for any company looking to move into premium office space with great amenities and amazing support staff! The networking here to find assistance with almost any project is endless. The events Dani and team put on are great to keep the community engaged and excited. I couldn't recommend this place more for anyone looking to take their business to the next level!

I have enjoyed my time at The Nest Co-working. The receptionists are kind and helpful. Patricia, Chief Financial Avian was welcoming, responsive to my questions, and helpful.
The Nest is clean, it has plenty of space and has a full kitchen if you like to warm up your lunch that you bring from home - like I do. It is flexible and gave me the ability to come in after business hours. That was super helpful - as I work full time, 9-5 but wanted to use the Nest for my side business.
The office space is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are often free snacks, and there is quick coffee and drinks for you throughout the day. Working from here is much better than working from home. The other patrons are also very friendly, so it can be a good place to network too! The location is convenient for anyone who lives in North St. John's or Southside, and it's close to several good lunch options.
Ky and Lisa are such genuine people. They truly care about each business that they work with and want everyone to succeed. Office Divvy is the perfect place to co-work and I would recommend to any business owner!
Opened up a savings account and it was so easy did it over the phone and had to just go sign the paperwork thru the drive thru the ladies were very friendly and helpful
Zachary came to my spa to film a commercial for me. He was professional, efficient and the turn around was prompt. He has been instrumental in increasing our web traffic and has become a valued source of information. I truly enjoy working with him and the results have astounding.

I rented space to study here and it worked out brilliantly. During the weekend it's pretty quiet, but I studied several days during the week and it is no more loud/busy than a regular office. The internet is fast and the interior is professional. I'd gladly work out of this office and would not hesitate to bring clients here to meet.
HORRIBLE experience at the end of my agreement. I was lied to by both Mark the manager, and Rance the sales person in multiple ways. 1.) Was told my final months rent could be taken out of my HUGE deposit ***LIE. 2.) Was told there would be only a $250 fee taken out of deposit to clean the office when done. LIE.
They charged nearly $400 to "restore" an office that was in the exact same condition as when I got there, and charged me late fees on my last months rent, and added additional fees as well. Then refused to give back my large deposit until these extra fees were paid! Also, parking is HORRIBLE!!! If you are here, plan to walk 1/4 mile each way to your vehicle.
So again, I have to PAY now 1300 to get my 1600 balance back.
The offices and environment are nice, and things went well up until it was time to part ways. ALSO - FALSE ADVERTISING!!! THEY ARE NOT LOCATED INSIDE BARTRAM PARK!!!
Tried to ship a package to an Ebay buyer. My first time selling anything on an auction site. Beth tried to verify the address and warned me there was something suspicious (google maps showed and intersection with no home). When the buyer gave an alternate address she took the liberty confirm through tax records the owners name which did not match the buyers. Needless to say we cancelled the delivery saving me from a $2k scam. I can't thank her enough!!! And look at the care she has taken to pack this camera. Awesome
