Amazing place in Zermatt.
We stayed 1 night for the birthday of my wife. John, Andrei and the rest of the staff was super nice. They really take personally care of you. They organized us a birthday cake - total surprise as we did not asked for it. Very nice wine cellar with amazing choice. We had the fondue on the balcony with view on the Materhorn: splendid.
We went to Zer Mama for dinner after we spotted the place while having a cocktail day before. Team is wonderful. We really loved the interior, which we guess was freshly re-done. Food was fantastic. We had tomato soup, sea bass and chicken. To complete this wonderful dinner, two freshly prepared and excellent cocktails...
Great hotel. Lovely rooms, which are not only nice but also equipped with everything you might need. Very good value for money.

Excellent service. Peter the GM has a great team working to make this place run effortlessly.
The rooms, are very neat, quaint and clean and have all the necessary things you would need, such as fake fur coats to have a spot of wine on your balcony to overlook the Matterhorn.
The restaurant is excellent. The chef is creative.
My first time hear after coming to Zermatt for a few years and this place has reignited my love for the place.
And reasonably priced.
Has a family feel, with the presence ski.
Excellent relaxing restaurant and bar. We visited for a drink and shared a half carafe of good local wine.
On our second visit we had some food and drinks. The service and food were excellent, not cheap but the bar area has a friendly and welcoming vibe as this is not always the case in Zermatt.
Good food, wine and beer.
