Been banking here for about a year and a half. The first guy who signed us up was quite nice, but since then the counter staff has been anything but helpful and friendly. Doesn't matter if I speak English or German, they have no interest in being helpful. Worst bank I've ever had.

A really great bank branch in the center of Salzburg. Underground parking is 250m away and free of charge for customers depending on the duration. The bank employees are highly competent and always friendly, even for no house customers. The building is beautiful and huge and almost worth a visit on its own.
A great service. I can only recommend it.
Super unfriendly employee. Unfortunately, zero stars does not work and that would be too many.
