They are scammers. Every year my insurance goes up. I ask to unsubscribe because I do not want to continue in that company and they do not transmit it to me. Refusing and even threatening to prosecute if not paid. That clearly I am not going to pay any more receipts. I changed cars and at that moment, instead of putting it on like I had the old car, they take me and make me a new insurance to have more time there instead of putting the 6 months that I had left on the other. I go to the office and a worker tells me one thing and does other procedures, the procedures that he wants without me being really aware of what he is doing because he tells me something else. I am trying to unsubscribe via email and the worker tells me a totally different story from her colleague, refuses to terminate me and threatens to make legal claims. They swindle people and on top of that, they don't even agree with each other. They do what they want to get the money out of customers. Terrible experience with this insurance. The worst I've ever had.

A star because it doesn't let me put less. They are polite when they want to sell you insurance, but when you don't want to renew it, things change. They speak to you with arrogance, arrogance and rudeness, they put problems and in my case "Antonio" in addition to all the above, he threatened to claim the amount of the insurance in court about 15 times in a 5 minute conversation. My renewal was about 158 euros, tired of him threatening me and pressuring me to renew, when I said no, he told me to know that the payment would be passed on without the voucher, raising the amount to about 168 euros. When I explained to him that this was not the way to treat customers, with more swagger, he replied, make no mistake, that he was merely informing me. Conclusion, if an insurance company has hired this type of subject (it is also the one in charge), I do not want to be with it. I do not advise anyone, this office and for what their insurance costs, there are better companies that comply when you have problems.
