Perfect place for even longer stay in Rome! The flat is huge, super clean, with comfortable beds. It is close to the metro station and to Vatican City. Great restaurants in the surroundings. You do not find a better place in the neighborhood. Highly recommended ☺️
Apartment clean, neat, homely and has the implements to cook and wash. Alessandra is friendly and helpful. About 3 to 5 min walk from the nearest metro, 8 min from the fresh market, 10 min to the castle and the Vatican. Lots of restaurants in the area. Remember there is a daily tourist cost in Rome which must be paid to the hotels and B&B where you stay. Also have the refundable deposit of Euro 200 available in cash.
I stayed 4 days in Alessandra's B&B blue room, which was nice and comfortable and above all quiet at night. Alessandra is a very nice and friendly host and gave me very useful advices for my first trip to Rome. The place is very near the Vatican area and 3 mins walk to the next metro station. There are some small and nice shops nearby and just opposite the apartement there is a cafeteria to enjoy italian way of breakfast in the morning :-) I surely will come back to Prati B&B, I felt very well there !
It was a very bad experience.
The only positive point is the location.
Its a very old building . The room is full of mould. The owner only cleans the room every tree days. There is a very dangerous step to get out of the extremely small shower. The average breakfast is totally industrialized and its served between 8 and 9 o'clock, be quick or you will miss it!!!The check out is 9:30 am!!!! There's no luggage storage.
We had a wonderful stay. Alessandra was quite helpful. She spent a lot of time making sure we knew where to go and how to get there. She was engaging and humorous. His suggestion of were to eat food tour of the market was a great idea. We did it and it was everything we hoped for. We had fun and learned a lot. Really A great place in Rome! perfectly located, 2 min from metro, 5 min from Vatica.Great place I would highly recommend for an individual or a couple who want to see Rome, particularly the area near the Vatican. The B&B is right near Ottaviano tube station, so you can get to Termini in 10 minutes and also there is a bus to Fiumicino airport.We will definitely stay here again when we are in Rome and do want to return!
