Reviews from visitors:
All in all a great place but the metro is a nightmare to navigate. In general a few train tracks can be located too far from the entrance and their numbers should be bigger. Train boards used to display trains in two rows that switched but now it's just one row, so it might happen that your train is impossible to locate beforehand if you are there too early. The shops are not bad at all and you can chill in the upper level with an area where you can even charge your devices with power outlets. Could have been better but it's not bad at all.
This is a nice train station with high ceilings and a modern feel. The glass construction is quite nice, and the trains are very reliable.
The only small thing is for the metro part, the exits aren't super clearly marked, and so as a visitor, it's very easy to emerge from the wrong exit which can add 5-10 minutes.
The people who work in the Roma train center office are very good and well mannered people
This station is large and has something to accomodate most every need. This was my first exposure to the Italian railway station experience. I was approached at this, and every station I went to in Italy, by non employees offering their 'help' with the ticket kiosk. It's important to know that it's referred to as Termini everywhere. Not 'Roma Termini', on maps and bus stops.
Really appreciative
