Offices are quite good. Air conditioning in +30 though can't keep up, but keeps the temps manageable most of the day. But after 16-17 it gives up, but the work day usually is over :)
In general, a good office for a small company. All-inclusive services from coffee to cleaning. Renovated building of the late 19th century. Everything is cleanly neat, the concierge is inside constantly. Very beautiful front staircase. Of the minuses, the space prices for parking in the area and a slightly overpriced rental price.
