My husband and I stayed at their best suite. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Riga. The service was amazing. Very friendly staff. We also enjoyed delicious dinner downstairs. I should say, you must try their burger and sweet potato fries. The location is great - lots of sightseeing and shopping. And the bed, very, very comfortable. Highly suggesting to stay there.
I had a very good stay :D Room air-conditioning was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staffs are big plus! And the location - easy access to both airport and the old town. Due to the pandemic I didn't have housekeeping during my stay for 4 nights, but I could ask for service anytime and enough amount of amenities were provided in the room so I didn't have to ask housekeeping. With reasonable prices I am glad that I chose this hotel and will definitely come back again.
Lovely stuff, amazing breakfast and very clean! Things I like: warm floor, place to work on the ground floor, view from the sixth floor and just in general it was really pleasant time to spend for a few weeks. I can recommend that place, for now it's my favourite hotel in Riga Old Town!
In this uncertain times, we were pleased to see the hotel, which keeps it staff and guests health&safety as a priority and up to the highest standards! Would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn in Riga Old Town for business travellers. They have helped us rearranging their conference room to our needs, provided all necessary equipment, organised food and beverages. The staff is highly skilled and very helpful. Great Job!
I was staying in this Hotel for 10 nights, and must say it was one of the most amazing experiences I had! I felt like at home, staff very friendly, excellent service. You won't find better location in Riga!!! I loved the fact you have there laundry room on 4th floor, this is amazing! And of course healthy breakfast !! I give this hotel 5 stars .... I look forward to visit again...
