TERRIBLE AND LOUSY experience with these people. Lack of professionalism. They do not have the necessary documentation to sell the properties they have for sale. They insisted on making a reservation for a flat without signing any paper and then they wanted us to sign "arras" without any right to review the documentation of the apartment before signing the deposit contract. Obviously we didn´t accept their conditions.

After having been staying in a property rented to me by Cat Real Estate for over a year now, I can provide only the upmost of recommendations for the company's organization, friendliness and fast pace. The owner was able to help me get settled in far quicker than any other real estate platform/company in Barcelona. The apartment I had rented was clean, well-located and very fairly prices for all the amenities it had included. In the odd chance when issues had come up, Nacho and his team were more than helpful in providing me with fast and professional support. I definitely recommend Cat Real Estate to anyone moving to Barcelona, wishing to rent a house or apartment on short notice!
