Great place to work. Lovely setting of the Royal Phuket Marina. Lots of other facilities as well and not just the excellent office space. Heath club and kids club plus loads of restaurants and bars. Well done Regus for opening at royal Phuket Marina
Avoid. Dishonest practices. No customer support.
Despite having negotiated 6 months in advance for a 2 month stay at Regus Royal Phuket Marina, Regus overcharged me for an additional month directly to my credit card and refuses so far to reimburse. Customer can take weeks to respond to an email. Local team is useless and just blame their service center without getting involved. This is not the level of service I expected from Regus.
Great facilities for an office away from your office .
Very comfortable business lounge for members, the thinkpods are an excellent resource when you're traveling away from your home office.
No prices on the website, we have to e-mail them about the rates. Ridiculous.
