We loved it. The service is amazing and what a super breakfast, just like I like it... tasty and fills you up well.
The rooftop bar is something you cannot miss out on. Sit there at sunset and have a cocktail while relaxing and feeling amazed for how gorgeous it all is.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful, special thanks to Luca, he did a great job to make all our wishes come true.
They also took good Covid measures, like a nice a la carte breakfast.

Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Perfect rooftop terrace. Currently no service up there, but you can go up there and maybe enjoy a drink from the minibar.
I've been in the Junior suite, excellent view, nice service, kind staff and superb bar at the 9th floor.
We had booked our holiday long before the outbreak of the corona crisis. When the whole thing expanded in Italy and an entry ban was issued, we wanted to cancel our trip. We called the hotel and they said they were 150km away from the epicentre and in 2 weeks everything would improve. We wanted to arrive there on 08.04, when all of Italy was already under quarantine, but Best Western refused to reimburse us. We absolutely wanted to go to Rapallo, even if the crisis was over we would prefer Best Western as a hotel. After this behaviour I will generally avoid Best Western.
