The service is getting worse after Ricardo left for another branch. Now it’s like a ghost town!
A nice coworking space where you get inspiration from any corner.
If you’re traveling and looking for a space to work for a few days that is more reliable than a coffee shop, Impaqto is great. The WiFi goes in and out constantly, but they have many Ethernet ports available to connect directly, and the Internet was fine with a direct connection.
If you’re looking for something long term, this place is TERRIBLE. Customer service is a nightmare. I live in Quito and was looking for a temporary office space for a few months. I purchased a package and was supposed to be given my own internet ‘account’- it never worked. Every time I asked the front desk for assistance they just gave me a temporary password and postponed resolving my account. No employee tracks the hours I have been using or when I come and go.
Ever since I purchased a package here, I have been receiving countless emails from Impaqto which are intended for an administrator and some contain messages from clients. I have tried so many times to make these emails stop, but Impaqto has never helped. I’ve asked the front desk to help at least 4-5 times, and one day they directed me to another Impaqto employee. I waited patiently to speak with this woman, who completely ignored me. While I was waiting to speak with this employee, she was with another Impaqto employee who pointed out I was waiting to speak with her. The woman I was waiting for said in Spanish, loud enough so I could head, ‘nooooo, I don’t want to deal with this woman, I want to go home!’ Maybe she didn’t think I could understand her? When I finally explained the problem to her, she acted as if it wasn’t a big deal, and told me she would deal with it the next week and contact me. It never happened and months later, I’m still receiving all of these emails WITH CLIENT NAMES and potentially confidential information. I understand things are more lax here than in the US, but knowing that client names and contact information are being released to a 3rd party should be of more concern to them.
Bottom line, Impaqto is more reliable than a coffee shop for a temporary working spot. Beyond that, their customer service is terrible, especially considering they are a location that is supposed to cater to business professionals.
My lovely place for Co-Working for people who want to get contact with a wide range of qualified friendly and open-minded people.
The location is modern and the events are interesting.
