This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. It’s not the place for you if you want pretentious service or wasteful extravagance. Everything about the Sherwood is full of heart. It was a nice surprise that because we booked direct we got a credit to spend with them.
The staff are amazing, the rooms are stylish and kind to the planet, the meals are outstanding - they took French radish picked from their garden that day and turned it into the most incredible starter. For breakfast I had oats but they were so good!
Book a massage with Renata. Have the the dinner where they bring a selection of plates.
We walked into town for dinner - 45 mins, but we had a hire car for exploring too. I got home and immediately booked another stay :)
A fantastic place to co-work, great atmosphere and right in the heart of town. Reception staff were very helpful and attentive. I would recommend it
Everything about the Mountain Club promotes the efforts of Chris and Jason. They have designed the co-working and collaboration spaces with so much care and attention to ensure that everyone working in either area feels at harmony in their surrounds. Great views out over the Events Centre and the Airport with a covered outdoor area to enjoy the fresh air.
The conference room and the multi-media room are easy to book on the Mountain Club App and tea & coffee are all supplied, as is Friday afternoon drinks to celebrate the end of the week with everyone. It is a sociable place to work with a fantastic camaraderie and feeling of community.
I can’t recommend the Mountain Club highly enough.
The Hangar is just what Queenstown needed, Adam and Co have done an amazing job of creating a space that brings people together and creates an environment that nurtures business/ideas. Set in a great location with a creative fit out, the Hangar makes going to work fun!
