Honestly, the location is the best thing about this hotel. The personnels were okay, and the breakfast was little disappointing comparing to other hotels that I've experienced for similar value. They give you some snacks in a cute basket, but the basket might be the best part of everything. Lighting is dim, but you will still be able to see dust and everything that you need to see. The lounge is very nice, but you won't really have time to lounge around as there are MANY things to do around the quarter. If you are bored, try hopping into one of those cruises. I failed, but if you make it, leave some reviews for that!
Had an excellent stay! The breakfast basket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. The front end staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Attentive and helpful check in for weary travelers. Superb location in downtown area for easy walking to sights, lovely view from street- facing room. Both rooms ( one King and another room with 2 queen beds) spacious and comfortable. Elegant. Bed extremely comfortable. A place to rest and restore. The breakfast basket an extra treat- croissants, orange juice, yogurt, fruit and cheese. A good coffee maker and tea pot in the room. A lovely way to wake up slowly. Espresso downstairs in the library available all the time.
Really lovely hotel. The location is fantastic for walking to everything. Every member of staff we encountered was kind and welcoming. The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom had its own heating, which, was helpful for bathing my toddler in the cold of December. I highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to book it again for my family.
There is nothing about this hotel that rates less than five stars. Vincent, Frederick and the other staff went out of their way to make our vacation wonderful. From finding us a place to have dinner on Valentine's Day when everything else was booked, to providing recommendations for sites to visit to holding on to my water bottle when I forgot to leave it in my room. Service with a broad smile and a patient ear for our attempts at their beautiful language. The rooms are cozy and comfortably appointed with anything you could need. The lounge coffee maker is an added surprise. Great cappuccino in an instant! The location allows for an easy walk to the old city and carnaval. Parking is easily accessible, just a short walk away. I suggest booking online with them directly to get breakfast with your stay. You will find a lovely picnic basket on your door in the morning at 8am filled with mouth watering croissants and additional breakfast items. It is even customizable. By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my many years!!
