The units are built with care and attention to detail, everything is well thought out to furnish the spaces ergonomically and with great taste. Both minimalist and elegant, the apartments offered within the Ilo + Saint Jean complex are equipped with quality furniture and appliances and you will find everything you need and more, for a short or long-term turnkey stay. As a bonus, François Bouffard's warm customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend the Bélanger real estate company, and the Ilo + St-jean complex in the ideal location.
I live in the Ilo St-Jean. Although the building is still under construction, it has very little impact on residents. They were able to clearly delineate the areas so that the residents would not be disturbed. Impeccable and professional service. I do business with François Bouffard and he is very reachable, solved all the problems very quickly. He keeps you up to date with the process from the first visit and remains available after the move in to ensure high quality service.
Very nice apartments in the Saint-Jean Baptiste district of Quebec. Comfortable and well appointed. 15 minutes walk from Château Frontenac.
A tenant for 2 weeks, I greatly appreciate my choice. The location is exceptional, the accommodation is comfortable and well soundproofed! François Bouffard has done an exceptional job for the rental. Listening, he was able to offer us what we needed, did everything to make it possible to take possession very quickly. It is very much appreciated and thank you for the nice attention that awaited me on arrival. The all-inclusive formula is perfect. A big thank-you!
