DO NOT RENT HERE !!! They did not return my deposit from an office that I rented, the owner of the place does not know how to do business, and due to his negligence he does not have to return my deposit. When I asked him when he could pay me, he said that "I wouldn't know how to tell you, until the market goes well." Now I'm suing him for default. He says it's because of the crisis, but it's not true that I gave him 2 months notice that I was leaving and still he didn't have my money ready. Thief.
I have no doubt that this place has excellent amenities for customers who rent office spaces. In my case I was looking for a place to work for a single day, the page that shows the costs does not have clear information and they told me that I was wrong about the price (Take note: Avoid judging the client without first corroborating the version of the facts!) I was offered the alternative of occupying an office with air conditioning since the coworking area does not have climate in a coastal city ???, they gave me the data of the internet connection in a network that never connected and they left me waiting a long time ???, enough to decide to look for a better place that believe me there are.
